lyrics
I feel That...
Life, is, passing me by
at a rate unstoppable
Like the damp wood I sit on
it's cold but bearable
Eyes on the city, thoughts sit with me
as they glow from the moon
Reflecting thinking that
I've given to much to lose
and as I sit and wait for
life to light like the towers do
I take a deep breathe in too
and think about my attitude
I have nothing to feel in my heart
Until I Take a second to peel it apart
Living at a rate that makes me locked up and barred
Inside anxiety, I look up but I can't see the stars
These thoughts are pure, match my actions which is why it's so hard
To keep from checking over shoulders as I script out my heart
I, can hear my enemies
as I sit here while I'm waiting to die
I have sold my soul to the
Sentinel who kidnaps the blind
I have nothing to feel in my heart
Until I Take a second to peel it apart
Because the Feelings of true empathy
Will Not
be there till you step aside and
Take the time to see your life
From the
Perspective of your own mind
Windows lit, seem, so, tiny
But these shadows make the shine
Because to Comprehend, what, we, can do
Darkness must fill up our minds,
Because the real light, comes, from
Out ability to visualize
Our own true potential....
Take a second, to fuel and ignite
Take a second, to burn in the night
Take a second, to see what it's like
To carve out your pathway and know where to strike

I like the direction the band went on this record.
They took the atmosphere of TDP, and made it grittier and dirtier - it's reminding me of bands like Deftones in the best possible way.
There are a few tracks that I'm struggling to like, but even those have memorable moments that make me want to replay them again. Vivian
This rapidly rose to become one of my favourite albums, and has been on repeat since hearing it. A constant theme runs throughout which makes this an album, not just a collection of songs in a way I haven't heard before. Classic pop-punk sing-alongs, hardcore screaming, along with some synth (!) sections - Its such a mix, but it comes together so well. Picking a favourite song does the whole album a disservice - its a package deal.
Treat yourself to a listen. Timbo
